Dr. Matthias Winter works in the India business since 1988. He holds a doctorate in economics and has worked many years with technology oriented multinational companies in Germany and in India in different executive positions in corporate strategy, marketing & sales and general management. In India, he spent more than 7 years as Country Head of two different German companies.

Before founding his own consultancy in 2002, he was working with an American M&A-consulting company in Frankfurt /Main, Germany, preparing deals in various sectors like automotive, plastics, software, etc. He lives mainly in Frankfurt but also in New Delhi.

Mr. Satya Joshi, born in 1953, an Indian national, has been working in top-management positions of several Indian and multinational companies in India in industry sectors like automotive, chemicals, building materials and agro-business where he acquired rich experience in corporate planning and corporate strategies, business restructuring, strategizing for sales and marketing, etc.

Mr. Joshi has spent several years of bis career also with a German multinational and is very much familiar with Western work culture. He is working as consultant since almost a decade.
